Pacesetters Pacesetters are companies who run their United Way campaigns prior to our kickoff in September. As a Pacesetter, you show leadership to the rest of the community in supporting the United Way of Delta County, and you'll receive special recognition in our promotions and at the Soup'r Chili Challenge. Companies that do special events to benefit the United Way prior to the kickoff also are recognized as Pacesetters. If you'd like to be a Pacesetter, or learn more about it, contact us at united @ dsnet.us or (906) 786-3736. The United Way of Delta County appreciates the companies that run their United Way campaigns or host special events prior to our official kickoff. These companies set a wonderful example of leadership in the community as they lend their support to the United Way, thus "setting the pace" for the upcoming campaign.
